The Rehoboth Beach HAP location is giving out more then 50 feral cat shelters as cold weather is on the horizon.
Some shelters in Sussex County say their kennels are filling as people surrender their pets due to high costs. But locals are lending a helping hand to fix this.
There are six shelters in Sussex County that the homeless can go to this winter.
