An upcoming program is encouraging local families to learn more about teen substance use and how to talk openly with young people about it. The event is a joint effort involving Soundcheck Prevention Network, Beebe Healthcare and the Cape Henlopen School District. It will take place Wednesday, April 30, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Cape Henlopen High School.
