People in Millville and surrounding neighborhoods may notice an increased number of fire trucks on the road this weekend as the Millville Volunteer Fire Company conducts a large-scale training exercise.

According to the Berlin Fire Company Eastbound Ocean Gateway at North Main Street was closed after a carbon dioxide tanker began leaking when a car ran into it.
On Sunday, April 14, at about 10:40 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to a brush fire on Long Neck Road near the Fairfield development off of Long Neck Road.
