Staff and volunteers from the Brandywine Valley SPCA in Georgetown gathered Thursday morning to bring holiday cheer to pets in need by serving them a Thanksgiving feast.
Following the observation of animal fighting, the 14 dogs that were found were seized. Delaware Health and Social Services say that one dog died from injuries sustained from the alleged dog fighting and five others remain in serious condition.
The woman stabbed the car's owner and fled from police before being taken into custody, according to DSP.
