Delmarva wrapped up May with warmer and wetter-than-normal conditions, despite a cool finish. As June and meteorological summer begin, temperatures will climb steadily through midweek, with a shift to more unsettled weather expected by Friday and the weekend. Northern Lights may be visible Sunday night, along with hazy skies from distant Canadian wildfire smoke.
