The Woodlands at Dover Motor Speedway will once again transform into a major concert venue as country artist Zach Bryan brings his “With Heaven on Tour” to the First State for two nights, Sept. 18-19, 2026.

DNREC has proposed a clean up plan for a 29 acre patch of land that used to be farmland, but now serves as a dumping ground. 

The weekend of Aug. 16-18 marked the first time Phish Mondegreen Festival took to the Woodlands in Dover. Two festival goers, from out of state, were arrested during the festivities.

The 2024 Phish festival is set to take place next August at The Woodlands in Dover.
