Army Corps recommends beach nourishment for Mispillion Inlet
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Philadelphia District will participate in a virtual public meeting hosted by the Town of Slaughter Beach to discuss the Mispillion Inlet Shore Damages Mitigation Project and a proposed plan aimed at addressing long-term shoreline erosion north of the inlet. The meeting will be held via Zoom from 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. on June 29.
