OCEAN CITY, Md. - The Art League of Ocean City announced they will be holding a fundraising drive with a $5,000 raffle prize.
Raffle tickets are $100 each or buyers can purchase six tickets for $500. Only 350 total tickets will be sold for the drive.
The League said proceeds from the raffle support their keeping their community programs free to the public.
“It allows us to go into our community’s schools with enriching art programs, assist those with disabilities in expressing themselves through art, and provide a safe and nurturing space for everyone to express their creative sides,” said Rina Thaler, executive director of the Art League.
The winner of the raffle will be announced at the Art League's annual "pARTy of the Year" on October 9. Ticket holders do not have to be present at the event to win.
