LEWES, Del. — The Cape Henlopen School District is reminding new families and those with children eligible for kindergarten to register as soon as possible for the upcoming school year.
The reminder applies to families who have recently moved into the district, as well as current district families with children who will turn 5 years old on or before Aug. 31 and are eligible to begin kindergarten this fall.
Registration is completed through the Delaware state enrollment portal, which can be accessed through the Cape Henlopen School District website at www.capehenlopenschools.com/enrollment.
The district is encouraging families to complete the registration process early to help ensure a smooth start to the school year.
