We Salute James Howard Adkins, Jr. Born on June 17, 1936, James left an indelible mark on his community through his unwavering commitment and service. His departure on March 30, 2014, left a void in the hearts of those he touched. Howard's remarkable journey of 38 years in service was characterized by his dedication and leadership, particularly in his role as Fire Police and Fire Police Captain. His legacy continues to inspire and remind us of the profound impact one individual can have in safeguarding and serving their community.
