MILLSBORO, Del. — On Sunday, more than 60 families lined up outside the Pot-Nets Community Center in Longneck for vaccinations to their cats and dogs.Â
The event ran from 11Â a.m. to 1Â p.m.

"We offer the rabies vaccines, which *is required by the state and must be administered by a licensed veterinarian. cats, we offer a blood test to see if they carry the aids virus. we also sell flee product," Harrison said.
Additional services provided include:
- Heart-worm test
- Leukemia Tests for cats
- Among other services.
Last year, JustUs wasn't able to have their annual fundraiser due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this year, they're welcoming donations to their PO box in Rehoboth Beach.Â
Tim DiLoretto, a licensed veterinarian technician (LVT), says the service helps families all across Sussex County.
"It's very helpful for everybody having trouble getting into veterinary practices, it's low cost, and it's very convenient for everybody in the area," he said.
JustUs Cat & Kitten Rescue aims to provide low-cost treatments to pet owners living in Sussex County.Â
"It's like a miracle for them, they're so appreciative, and we're happy because we keep the animals up to date and healthy. It's a real service to the community because so many folks can't afford to keep up their vaccines for their dogs and cats because it's expensive," Patricia Riordan, founder of JustUs back in 2006, said.
She says the non-profit aims to rescue, foster, and adopt feral cats through their TNR Program: Trap, Neuter, Return.
The next vaccination clinic at the pots nets lakeside community center will be on Feb. 13, 2022.
