Delaware's animal abuse offender list goes live
Delaware’s Office of Animal Welfare has launched a new Animal Abuse Offender List to help shelters protect animals. Shelters are now directed to check this list before approving adoptions, keeping pets out of the hands of individuals convicted of animal-related crimes.
