WASHINGTON- Special counsel Jack Smith has just filed a new indictment against Donald Trump. According to the Associated Press, the new indictment has the same criminal charges Smith had filed in the past. But it reduces the allegations against Trump. This follows a U-S Supreme Court opinion giving former presidents more legal protection.
