DELAWARE - The race for the Delaware Governor's seat has just become even more competitive. Jerrold Price, a resident of Lewes, has officially entered the 2024 General Election as a Republican candidate, as confirmed by the Delaware Department of Elections.
This means that Price will be running against current Lieutenant Governor Bethany Hall-Long, who announced her campaign for Governor back in September, and New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer, who declared his candidacy on June 6th.
The General Election is set for Nov. 5, 2024.Â
