CAMBRIDGE, Md.- The Maryland State Fire Marshal has concluded an investigation into a house fire that happened Thursday night.
According to the fire marshal's office, it happened on Maryland Avenue.
The office says it was caused by an overheated extension cord in a wall in the kitchen.
The fire marshal estimated $2,000 in damage. There were no injuries.
