Air quality concerns today in Delaware as DNREC announces an ozone code orange air quality action day. Temperatures are expected to contribute to what the agency says will allow pollutants to get trapped in the air. Delaware and Maryland join other states in a legal challenge against what they say are withheld federal funding for AmeriCorps programs. Those states say the funding has already been approved.
