BERLIN, Md. - Local historian and author Hunter “Bunk” Mann made a donation last week to Worcester Preparatory School, presenting a full set of his renowned Ocean City history trilogy to the school’s Guerrieri Library.

Mann’s grandsons, Ryan Mann, a senior, and Gavin Mann, a sophomore at Worcester Prep, visited as well. Together, the trilogy offers an in-depth chronicle of Ocean City’s past, capturing the town’s cultural and historical evolution across the decades, says the school.

The donation includes all three volumes:

  • Vanishing Ocean City (2014)

  • Ghosts in the Surf (2019)

  • Ocean City Chronicles (2023)
