The incident happened in the 14000 block of Collins Street in Milton, according to DSP.
MILTON, Del. - Delaware State Police confirmed to CoastTV News that an investigation is underway for a shooting that occurred in the 14000 block of Collins Street in Milton.
Troopers were dispatched at approximately 4:47 a.m. DSP said the investigation is active and ongoing, so details are limited at this time.
