National Weather service confirms tornado struck Delaware

The National Weather Service has confirmed that storm damage south of Bethel was caused by a tornado.

The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-1 tornado struck on May 16, traveling from Rhodesdale, Maryland, to Bethel, Delaware. With peak winds up to 110 mph, the storm caused significant tree and structural damage. No injuries were reported.
