FENWICK ISLAND, Del. – Drivers in Fenwick Island can expect several roads to undergo improvements in the coming days.
Starting Monday, May 5, road improvement work will kick off. Officials say homeowners in the affected areas can expect to receive notifications from the contractor, Jerry's Paving, this week.
The following roads are set to have milling and repaving work:
- Bay Street
- McWilliams Street
- Wright Street
- South Schulz Road
The following roads are set to have crack sealing work:
- West Houston Street
- West Essex Street
- Bunting Avenue
The town says traffic control will be in place, and drivers can expect crews to work on one side of the road at a time. The town will post updates as it learns more about where crews will begin and how work is progressing.
