SUSSEX COUNTY, Del.- Speak Out Against Hate is offering scholarships to Sussex County high school seniors focused on promoting social justice and inclusion.
The organization announced its 2026 Social Justice Scholarship, which will award two $2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors across the county.
The scholarship is open to students attending Cape Henlopen High School, Indian River High School, Sussex Academy or Sussex Central High School.
Applicants must plan to enroll in a college, university, trade or technical program in fall 2026 and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
According to SOAH, the scholarship is intended to support students who demonstrate leadership, compassion and a commitment to building more equitable communities.
Students must submit an application, personal essay, letter of recommendation and a current transcript.
The deadline to apply is midnight on April 15.
