Hard to believe on a cold day, but soon it will be summer. Ocean City will be filled with seasonal visitors and seasonal employees, but will there be enough places for them to stay?

A zoning code amendment is up for discussion with the Planning Commission in ocean city. The code as it stands states that businesses can only provide seasonal employee housing if it is an accessory to their business and on site but the new code will allow for employee housing to be non accessory and off site.
