SEAFORD, Del. - A 22-year-old man from Indianapolis has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a man dead on April 8 in Seaford.

Delaware State Police said the suspect, Andy Dorgilus, was taken into custody without incident on April 16 following an investigation by the agency’s Homicide Unit.
At approximately 5:50 p.m. on the day of the shooting, officers from the Seaford Police Department and Delaware State Police responded to reports of gunfire on Clarence Street, between Thomas Street and Chandler Street. When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Rihem Frisby suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Dorgilus was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree reckless endangering, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and first-degree conspiracy. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $1.13 million cash bond.
