Parents shared on Facebook that they received an automated phone call from the Milford School District Thursday, reportedly referencing the investigation.

MILFORD, Del. - Milford police are investigating a teacher at Milford High School after the school district received an allegation regarding them and a student.

No arrests has been made as of Friday, but a message was sent to student's parents in the district at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday. The message states, "The District received an allegation regarding a student and a staff member. This incident was immediately reported to the Delaware Division of Family Services and Milford Police Department."

A spokesperson for the Milford Police Department confirmed the investigation is active but declined to provide further details. The school district's text message says that they updates will be provided as appropriate but are unable to comment further since it is an active police investigation.
