The last time a winning Powerball ticket was sold in Delaware was December, 2016, when a $121.6 million ticket was bought in Selbyville.
The winning numbers were 07 - 24 - 37 - 42 - 57 and the Powerball number was 05. The winner could stay anonymous under Delaware law.
