Police responded Tuesday morning to reports of shots fired near Discount Land Road and Seaford Road, prompting a temporary “Secure and Hold” at North Laurel Early Learning Academy.
The Delaware General Assembly is considering House Bill 32, which proposes funding at least one school resource officer or constable for every public and charter school in the state, with additional officers for larger schools.
