Thursday will be a day to honor the memory of Thomas Berry III and pay tribute to the service he made while serving as a volunteer firefighter and medical services technician. A memorial service and procession will be held in Georgetown.
Dart began its Stuff the Bus event at the Rehoboth Beach Safeway and the Food Bank of Delaware held its first drive through pantry for the holiday season at Crossroad Community Church in Georgetown. The Dart event will collect donations that will help fill shelves at local pantries, including the Food Bank of Delaware.
The Food Bank of Delaware has announced a mobile drive-thru pantry in Georgetown set to take place June 26, the last one until September.
Monday's event will begin at 10 a.m. at the Crossroad Community Church in Georgetown.
