A Level 3 driving ban in Kent and Sussex counties has been downgraded to a Level 2 driving restriction as snowstorm recovery efforts continue statewide.
A state of emergency will take effect early Sunday as Delaware prepares for a winter storm expected to bring heavy snow and hazardous conditions across the state.
The Delaware Emergency Management Agency is working to keep schools safer for students and teachers. With that in mind, DEMA has launched the Delaware School Safety Center, which expands the state’s Comprehensive School Safety Program.
