Periods of rain, cooler temperatures, and breezy conditions will affect Sussex County from late Tuesday through Wednesday night, with showers lingering into Thursday.

After a soaking rainfall across Delmarva Saturday, conditions turn calmer but remain damp and cloudy overnight with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s. While Sunday brings gradual clearing and milder highs in the 50s and 60s, a series of fronts early next week will bring renewed rain chances before high pressure returns midweek.

Delmarva residents should brace for heavy rain Tuesday night, followed by gusty winds and a significant cooldown through Thursday.
