High pressure keeps Sussex County mostly dry early Monday before clouds and winds increase Monday night as a coastal system forms off the Carolinas.
From early Monday through early Wednesday, Sussex County will enjoy dry, seasonable weather under high pressure, with cooler temperatures and low humidity.
Delmarva will see scattered showers and storms this weekend, with the highest rain chances Saturday and a risk for stronger storms Sunday. Highs will reach the 80s and 90s before cooler, drier air moves in Sunday night. Early next week looks pleasant with sunshine and lower humidity, before warmer, stormier weather returns midweek.
After a stormy Saturday morning, Sussex County beach towns will see improving conditions through Sunday with dry, breezy weather expected into early Monday.
