Chris Galanty and Susan Stewart were sworn in as new Commissioners in Rehoboth Beach, expressing enthusiasm, commitment to transparency, and plans for community outreach and unity. 

The Planning Commission voted unanimously to continue the Belhaven Hotel hearing on July 25, citing that documents were submitted too late for the public and commissioners to properly review.

Plans for the Belhaven Hotel, a proposed four-story hotel in Rehoboth Beach, are moving to a public hearing after a 5-3 vote by the Planning Commission. A public hearing is scheduled for June 26.
