Sussex County Council extended public comment on the Seaside commercial proposal near Cave Neck Road. The roughly 30-acre site sits along Coastal Highway, with plans calling for two roundabouts, an overpass and future DelDOT improvements.

DelDOT will close Nassau Road at Route 1 beginning Sept. 22. This is part of ongoing work on the Route 1 Minos Conaway Grade Separated Intersection project. The closure is expected to remain in effect through the end of October, weather permitting.
The Minos Conaway Project will soon be underway with new traffic changes that DelDOT says will increase safety. This includes three roundabouts.
