kt then becoming northwest and rough waters expected.

* WHERE...Delaware Bay waters.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A wind shift from southerly to
northwesterly will occur later tonight and early Thursday
morning with the passage of a strong cold front.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
