Mallory was born and raised in Lewes, DE, where she lives today. She graduated from Sussex Tech High School and the University of Delaware. Mallory interned at WRDE in 2017, started reporting in 2018, and is now one of the station's evening anchors.
DELAWARE - The ban on assault weapons and large capacity magazines will remain in place for now after a ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Richard Andrews.
Judge Andrews denied a preliminary injunction stemming from a suit brought by the Delaware State Sportsmen's Association.
The bans were signed into law last summer by Governor John Carney. The suit against that ban was filled quickly after that. The totality of that law suit is still yet to be litigated.
