GREENWOOD, Del. - Local authorities are urging drivers to stay off of the streets in Greenwood due to flooding on Sunday.
According to the town's Facebook page, local authorities are asking people to stay off of the roads unless it's an emergency. Authorities say cars driving can cause the water to surge, which is causing more issues.
