BERLIN, Md- An especially delicious time for dining. Monday is the first day of the 2022 Berlin Restaurant Week.
14 Berlin restaurants are participating making this one of the busiest restaurant weeks yet. Some are offering free dessert with your dinner. Others have limited-time menus just for the week.
"Every time someone new comes here, they are all saying 'Oh my gosh, what a gem. We have never been here before but we are coming back every year.' It's just such a unique town," said Cam Bunting, founder of Berlin Restaurant Week.
Bunting created restaurant week years ago as a way to get more people into locally owned businesses during a slower season.
Pick up a restaurant week card from any participating restaurant. Get it stamped by three different restaurants and drop it off at the Welcome Center on Main Street for the chance to win a prize. The prize includes gift cards from each restaurant and $100.
Berlin Restaurant Week runs January 10 to January 16.
