FRANKFORD, De - A boy was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike on Pepper Rd late Tuesday afternoon in Frankford.
According to the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company, the boy was in stable condition after the crash but was flown to Nemours Children's Hospital as a precaution.
