It is the start to a cold and dry week on Delmarva. Wind chills are expected to be in the single digits, but only a few snow chances. Warming centers are open across Delaware again as dangerously cold conditions persist. The windy conditions on the coast could have an impact on the beaches. Flooding and erosion are some of the top issues on the peninsula.
