LEWES, Del. - A concrete truck overturned on Coastal Highway Friday afternoon, according to Delaware State Police.
Around 12:32 p.m., the 2016 Peterbilt was traveling southbound and entering the left-turn lane for Lewes-Georgetown Highway when it overturned.
Troopers say the driver, a 35-year-old man from Harrington was going too fast. He refused medical transport and was cited for unreasonable speed.
The highway was closed for an extended period as crews cleared the scene.
