LEWES, Del. - The intersection of Conleys Chapel Road and Dorman Road will close from Sept. 14 through Oct. 29 for an intersection realignment and full roadway rebuild, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.
The closure will affect the intersection between Beaver Dam Road and Robinsonville Road and is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 14. The work is weather permitting.
The department says drivers traveling south on Beaver Dam Road will be directed to turn left onto Hollymount Road, then left onto Route 24 and left onto Robinsonville Road.
Drivers traveling south on Robinsonville Road will be directed to turn right onto Route 24, then right onto Hollymount Road and right onto Beaver Dam Road.
Drivers seeking access to Dorman Road will need to use Route 24.
