REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - Opportunities for senior living in Rehoboth Beach are expanding after work began on the Ciel Senior Living facility.
The development will be located on the southeast corner of Plantation Road and Cedar Grove Road in Rehoboth Beach. The facility said its mission is to redefine senior living in coastal Delaware.
The Ciel Senior Living facility will be able to serve up to 144 residents at once. It will provide independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Site work has already begun on the development. The center said construction is expected to be completed by late 2027.
