SEAFORD, Del. - Delaware State Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Arturo Morgado-Sanchez following an attempted robbery and shooting that occurred in Seaford and is asking for the publics help.
On Aug. 21. at approximately 9:30 p.m., troopers responded to Tidal Health Nanticoke for a 26-year-old man who was being treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The investigation revealed that about an hour before troopers responded, the victim was walking on Brickyard Road when a truck stopped behind him.
The suspect, who is known to the victim and identified as Arturo Morgado-Shanchez, got out of the truck, demanded the victim’s property, and shot him.
DSP Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate this incident and is asking anyone with information as to Morgado-Sanchez’s whereabouts to call 911.
