FELTON, Del. - Friday night's rain caused for many towns to cancel their holiday parades. The town of Felton is giving those participants a second chance to show off their hard work. The town says it will be reopening its registration for anyone who wants to participate in its Christmas parade on Friday December 15th at 7pm.
