Another colder start to the day on Delmarva, with conditions expected to warm up later in the day. 70 degree temperatures are back tomorrow ahead of a cold front. The new roadway is taking shape in the Nassau area in Lewes. The first layer of asphalt has been laid on Minos Conaway Road.
