Tonight on CoastTV News, closure signs are still up near the Lewes beaches and cones are scattered across beach parking lots in the aftermath of a sand relocation project. Plus, in Delaware the state regulates all tidal wetlands which is water that has a current but the state does not cover ponds and swamps. Senate Bill 9 would have the state cover all of it.
