Tonight on CoastTV News, The American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware and the national ACLU say they have filed motions to intervene in U.S. v. Albence on behalf of several clients including the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence, La Esperanza and the Latin American Community Center to protect Delawareans’ sensitive personal data from misuse by the federal government. Plus, the Delaware Tourism office announced awards to seven sports facilities in the state, including $2.3 million for the Game on Sports Complex in Millsboro to add an expansion of the complex, including full turf and hard court spaces to host multi-day soccer, field hockey, basketball and pickleball events.
