Tonight on CoastTV News, Sussex County Council has approved changes to its marijuana zoning rules that will make it easier for retail cannabis stores to open in commercial districts, and The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, will begin removing roughly 5,000 cubic yards of material from the Ocean City Inlet on Thursday, Nov. 20.
