The early snowfall is turning to rain in some parts of Delmarva. Wind chill is making conditions feel colder than they are. Delaware crews worked to prepare roadways for the slick conditions. Fenwick Island officials are expected to discuss and could vote to file an appeal to Senate Bill 159. According to the General Assembly, the law would allow previously denied electric substation projects, if they meet certain qualifications.
