A chilly day is expected on Delmarva, but warmer than this upcoming blast of arctic air that will plummet temperatures thanks to high winds. After 21 days, DNREC has reopened the Indian River Bay to clamming and fishing. The closure was due to a wastewater spill from Millsboro's sewage system.
