Sunshine returns to the peninsula today along with breezy conditions. The current chilly temperatures will be replaced later in the week with weather in the 90s. A Monday night approval in Millsboro is leading to a new lodging tax. The town becomes the latest municipality to add an additional percentage on top of the state lodging tax.
